Costly medical facilities

Rahul baba again opened his lips. This time to talk about the root cause of poverty in India. He feels that the costly medical facilies in India are responsible for the toil of common man. Then it's the high time to think about the solution for the malaise. UPA govt is doing so much to publicise it's national food programme, it would not be a bad idea to show some sympathy for the hapless poor who are dying for the want of decent medical services.
I propose the medical insurance policy for every citizen of India. Top insurance companies of world should be invited to do the job. While simple ailments can be treated in existing govt run institutions, Big six of the diseases can be taken for the insurance to be treated in big hospitals of India. The premium of such policies be paid by the govt. There would not be any hassle for the logistics or manpower in this scheme. Who so ever wants to be enrolled into the policy needs to present his ID card and BPL/ INCOME certificate. It won't be free at all. The person enrolled needs to pay the premium ranging from1% to 10% of the stipulated premium based on his income and living condition. This would also entitle him of a certificate of policy and a regular premium receipt. The govt would be his guarantor. The remaining premium would be collected by the company from govt. The scheme should be for age bracket of 15-55 for people.
It can be planned in systematic way. This can also be a game changer...
